Dimension Notes

Factory has two ways for making the steel container boxes.

1) Factory to weld the smaller steel container boxes for filling into the 20GP or 40HQ sea container.

Welding Container Size

20ft: L5800*W2250*H2500mm; 40ft: L11800*W22500*H2500mm.

2) Factory purchases the used 20GP/ 40HQ sea contianer and to modify them as requirements.

Standard Shipping Container Size

20GP: 6.058x2.438x2.591 Meters

40HQ: 12.192x2.438x2.591 Meters

Feature

The interior & the exterior decoration, the electrical system and the plumbing system, even for the furniture be pre-built inside of the container house. The owner just bag check-in after connecting with water & electricity to the prefab house.
